Our business is based on these principles. Since the company's foundation in the 1920s by the Thompstone family, WTL has lead the way with the continuous research, development and manufacture of a range of organically based materials to meet the needs of industry today and into the future.
Sustaining our environment
The majority of our business is linked to the Recycling and Manufacture of Bi-Products from all around the world. It is a fact of life that people and businesses are becoming more aware of the environmental implications involved when sourcing their Raw Materials. WTL are conscious of these factors and we are aware of the Sustainability of SoftWood Timber throughout Europe. We also ensure that the monies used to purchase our other important Raw Materials are directly or indirectly supporting the farming communities of those countries, for example, India, Spain and Sri Lanka.
